Our employment team has a reputation for its pragmatic approach to litigation and highly skilled advocacy services.

Unless you prefer otherwise, we generally work on a fixed fee basis for each stage of the tribunal process. For representing you in a two-day unfair dismissal claim with no more than three witnesses, our fees would range between the following (all prices are given exclusive of VAT):

Drafting grounds of response & Form ET3	£1,200 – £2,500
Disclosure, bundle & witness statements	£2,500 – £5,000
Hearing preparation & attendance	£4,900 – £12,250

The range of pricing takes into account the potential for travel costs, which are always included in the fee and not charged separately, and the varying degrees of factual complexity which can arise from case to case. Our fees may sometimes be lower, but they would never be higher than the totals shown, unless this was agreed with you first at the outset of any instruction.

All work will be undertaken by solicitors and/or a barrister.
